Hotel Crystal Palace

1. We stayed in the hotel for 1night (15th Sept 2023 - 16th Sept 2023) and then left for ABC. We had booked the hotel again for 24th Sept 2023, however we arrived from our Trek early on 22nd. The hotel staffs were kind enough to arrange rooms for us while giving us the same rate despite Booking.com prices were much higher. 2. Hotel staffs were nice enough to safekeep our stuffs in the hotel for 6days while we were in the trek. 3. The hotel owner was present most of the time in the hotel and he had provided us with several tips and suggestions, all of which had made our day during the 4day stay. 4. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. 5. Great location. The hotel was located on 15th Street, which is on the heart of Lakeside. We had everything near us within 5min walking distance. 6. The cleaning ladies were amazing. They would clean the room really well everyday and also even neatly fold our clothes or hang them in the closet. 7. The tour desk operator was a sweetheart 8. Every room had their designated WiFi router.

The staff were so courteous during my stay especially Mr.MADAN who was so kind enough to arrange the ancillary services as soon as I asked. Also the guys at the restaurant were so nice. Buffet breakfast was also very nice 👍 Altogether I had a very pleasant stay in Pokhara at Crystal Palace.
